March 14 is celebrated as international pi day. Today I got a new experience at Mttc. I got an apportunity to anchor the show. It was really a new experience for me. Even though there are some mistakes I think I could do it in a good manner. This marked a new beginning of self confidence.  Today our maths optional has conducted a quiz program. Together with we conducted games too.  Atlast malayalam optional has won the prizes .

Today march 8 is celebrated as the international women's day. "Women are the real architects of society". Then the next class was taken by Maya mam. In that class mam first told the   boys to give  a message on women's day. T hen the remaining students ofenglish department has taken their seminar portion. Mam added a conclusion to that topic .Then students of natural science started their seminar topic on drug abuse. Then we went to yoga class and George sir taught us 8 asanas and we tried to do it but some of them are very difficult.  Then  in the afternoon first class was taken by Deepthi mam.  Sr jisha has taken reading andreflection on the book agnisakshi by lalithambika antharganam. Then the seminar was taken by Sruthi on the topic supervised study. Afterthat there was a flash mob by students of physical science  as part of women's day. Then students of women's cell has conducted a programme  regarding women's day. It started with a beautiful prayer s

Today the first period was our optional class. First Sr Deepa told us about the book      odayil ninnu by P. Keshavadev.  Sr presented the book in a beautiful manner. Then the seminar was taken by me and my topic is about assignments.  Then Deepthi mam taught us about pedagogy  Pedagogue is derived from 2 Greek words 'paidas' which means 'child' and 'agogos' means 'guide'. It is the science of teaching. It includes planing, preparation and presentation. Then the next class was taken by Maya mam and the students of English department has taken their seminar portion about ethnic groups and Indian languages. It was a wonderful presentation.  In the afternoon session class was taken by Ancy mam and mam taught us about language development and stages of Language development by vygotsky. Then George sir told 3 optional classes to go for yoga and the other 3 classes to go to library. Then we went to library and left the college. It was an interesting day.

The day started by assembly. It was conducted by students ofsocial science. They started their with a beautiful prayer of aami.Then followed by college anthem, pledge, thought for the day , news. MTTC news was an interesting one. They introduced their logo EN ARCHEIN. Then Benedict sir gave a message and then national anthem. After the assembly we had   our optional period. In Deepthi mam class I had taken my reading and reflection and I took the book nallukettu by m.t.vasudevan Nair. Then seminar was taken by Naveena and told us about questioning method. Then maya mam had taken the class and taught us about the difference between material culture and non material culture. Afternoon session was handled by joju sir. Students of English department has taken their seminar.  Then sir gave a nice message to us. Then there was a preconference meet at the auditorium regarding the international seminar on March 3,4 and 5 . Maya mam gave an introduction and Benedict sir explained us about the s

Today the first class was by Maya mam. Mam started by quoting "Philosophy is the mother of all sciences".   She started a new unit  Teacher and Education and taught us about the characteristics of education. Then the class was taken by Ancy mam. She taught us about communication, different definitions of communication and process of communication. "Communication is a process of exchange information, ideas, thoughts, feelings and emotions through speech, signals, writing and behaviour". Then the class was taken by two MEd interns. They had taken class about women empowerment and human rights. They played a skit to make us understand the topic. We had a wonderful discussion on this topic. Then maya teacher concluded the programme. After that they had taken photographs. Then BEd students from social science played a mime this topic and it was also an interesting one.  They also thanked BEd students for conducting a mime in a beautiful way.

Today the first was handled by Maya mam. Mam taught us about Culture and aspects of culture. " Culture is a complex whole that consists of everything we think, do and have as a member of society". She also taught us about Cultural lag and the reasons for the cultural lag. Today is the last date to submit our school induction programme report. Then the next period was our optional class. Deepthi mam taught us about Values of learning mathematics. Afternoon session was handled by Ancy mam. She taught us about sensory motor stage, pre operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage. Then the class was by Gibi Mam and taught us about adjustment process.Then mam told us about the four things that we all should keep in mind. I did it I can I will try I can't After that we submitted our school induction report and left the college and it was a nice day.
